McNeil is a good teacher. He keeps things simple and understandable while communicating all the necessary technical aspects of each cast. Valuable for the beginner as well as more advanced casters.

One quibble: I could do without the music and long interludes showing casting without instruction.

    Excellent and well presented

This is an excellent DVD with some new angles on the casts we all know about. The photography is really well done and the slow motion helps greatly with understanding how the casts work.

This is a DVD to watch over and over again and each time there will be something new to learn.

As McNeil says, this is not about sexy casts that impress, this is about catching fish!

McNeil has a way of explaining complex casting terms and techniques in very simple language. And the quality of the filmwork is outstanding.
